My Boker Pipsqueak started getting vertical blade play and the pivot screw not being flush against the scale.

Sent in to Boker USA in Colorado and it was received there on Friday, May 23rd just before the Memorial Day Weekend. Contacted Boker on May 28th and they said it'd be replaced with a new one and should ship by the end of the week. I received the replacement with no issues on Monday, June 2nd.

Great, fast and responsive service! :thumbup::thumbup:

PS - They also sent back the $5 I had included per the warranty form.
