Boker Vox Gnome, WOW!

Boker is getting more and more knives i really like.

Funny you mention that. They were a company I didn't take much notice of in the past, but for this year, I was unimpressed by the new stuff from most of my usual favorites, I felt it was a poor showing all around. But I am impressed with some new Boker stuff.

I feel the same. I haven't had much interest in Boker models in the past several years other than the Chad Los Banos and Dozier designs but this year they have my attention. I really like several of the Voxknives designs and the Krein Pocket Bowie. The Banos Compliance looks promising too.

Looks like best grip is to put middle finger in the choil and put index finger on the spine!

Just received mine all of an hour ago, put a Red and Silver Paracord lanyard on it, 100 times better, time to drill some holes to fit the MA-2 clip for horizontal belt carry.

Very nice knife, but smaller in person.

My hand looks huge in the pic, but I wear Large gloves

In my experience the gnome is ok to handle EDC task easily. I have medium to large size hands and I fit a 2-and-a-half grip on this bad boy . I used to doubt its potential when I got it, but since it has been a wonderful companion to me. Plus, at tis price point I find it really has great value. I might get a stag one some day (I have the green micarta one). Also, not that the high hollow grind rally gives a keen edge that is real easy to maintain!

I made a small review on youtube if some of you guys are interested/ want to see a bit more than pics. I did it because when I was looking at this knife I found that there were only few reviews about it :/
