Boker/Zero Knives Collaboration - Sulaco - #1045 - Very, very cool collaboration piece here at an extremely affordable price! The Sulaco has milled G-10 handles housing a nicely stonewashed 440C blade and stonewashed steel liners. The blade shape and over-sized thumbstuds are what drew me to this knife, and its profile is quite slim, which would make for easy carry. The pivot on this one, although only being on PB washers, is one of the smoothest pivots I felt felt in a Boker knife. The liner lock hits up at 30% and is solid, no play. I carried it once, did not use it and did touch up the edge on my sharpmaker, so it is nice and sharp. It did come from the factory with an odd edge grind just past midpoint on the presentation side of the blade (see picture), but this does not appear to affect cutting performance, since an edge bevel is formed. Comes with original box, paper and pivot tool.
$35 shipped SOLD
