A thin blade slicer that has a little flex so it might work well to filet those crappies too.
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to assure a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind
Jigged bone handle with Micara spacersd
