From online pictures, I am having a difficult time telling "green bone" handles from "grand canyon bone" handles on Bokers.
Is there a difference?

Yes, there is a difference, the Grand Canyons are more of a mixed
color scheme. Depending on which one you get, they can look almost
purple. But, you can see a mix of colors in most of them, but it
is too subtle too see in pics online, I think.

Thanks Terry, My Grand Canyon Congress has alot of greenish color in it, that may be why it looks like pictures of the green bone.
BTW, I've been carrying it since I got it, and realy like it! Those good old carbon blades darkened nicely when I sliced sme apples and now it looks like a knife I have been carrying for years. Sharpens great and holds and edge.
My first Boker is a winner!
