Bone pendant, and another Sami Sewing kit

Had this piece so I cleaned it up, drilled it, shellaced it, and strung it.

This is another smaller Sami style sewing kit. You can see it compared to my first one. I have not put a kit in it yet though.

Nice. You could try to schrimshaw some design on it with a sharp needle and some india ink.

Good stuff. Bone is an interesting material, with the added advantage of being cheap and plentiful. How do you prep your's? I usually soak mine in white gas prior to use.
