Hey Guys. I have started forging more blades"when im at home" and i have been trying to find some good books on kitchen knives. I read Murray carters book, and i found it very heavy on philosphy and how amazing japanese everything was, I read the complete bladesmith and there was no information about kitchen knives.
Does anyone know of a good book that talks about forging kitchen knives? Im looking for something past the super simplistic, as i know basic forging principals and what not, but a good, intermediate forging book. Any advice guys?
