Books on Filipino knife combat ect

I tried to search but it wouldn't work for me. Im looking for some good books on the filipino fighting arts as well as some history into the culture and how the arts came about. Any help would be great. Again, i know this is a re-post and im sorry.

The best one I've seen is "Arnis: Presas Style and Balisong" by Ernesto Presas. It has 232 pages, lots of techniques, and a small history section. One of the forwards is by Fidel Ramos, at the time the president of the Philippines.

The Presas book is excellent, I woud also recommend anything by Hock Hochheim, he has black belts in several FMA and his books reflect that.
Also, if you can get Video's by DaTu Kelly Worden or any Sayac Kali info.

I thought "Filipino Martial Culture" by Mark Wiley was a great book. It doesn't talk much about specific techniques, but it goes into the history of a number of the filipino styles and has sections on a bunch of the more influential people.

In general, I like Wiley's writing style. He goes into it much more as a historian than as a martial artist, and as such seems to know how to qualify his sources of information.
