Books/Tutorial advice?

Can anyone recommend a good mokume gane book? I know there are two or three books available, but it is an expensive job to order from the US, and I want to get the best one, first time, colour if possible. Also a good ‘folder’ tutorial too… thank you

I am not sure what a monke bok is, but the good folder book is "The tactical Folding Knife." Also if you are interested in forging I would recommend "The complete Bladesmith". This last one seems real good. I got it on interlibrary loan to see if it is worth the 35 bucks. It is. No doubt about it.
