Since I have a custom kydex sheath for it: My standard BK2

The leather sheath for my bowie is a bit too tattered and torn up. But i'd most likely have a folder in my pocket as I normally do (hopefully something more robust that this Delica 4.

Hmm... i get one... i don't have anything half as purdy as the KZ or all the kickass busse's, but here's my "one"

Condor Boomslang... it'll do anything i need in the woods, and it's a VERY fast fighter for it's size

Stripped, and reprofiled with a very nice convexed edge

Man I'm laying in bed and have 2 knives on me now...

I'm grabbing my boots/wool socks and fishing bag...

I'm yawning, rolling over, farting, going to sleep. Aparently the world is supposed to end every few years, yet it comes on spinning. Want to play with your knives, go camping.

I think any of these would be right at home in a post apocalyptic world... LOL. ;)

Once my Busse B11, Rucki & Team Gemini arrive they'll probably get added to this list too!

My bug out bag and my mosin 91-30 (bug out bag has a cold steel machete, izula 2, and leatherman wave in it.) If I'm dressed I'll already have a sak and 3-3.5" folder of some sort....as well as my sidearm.

Not worried about invasion or zombies. However, I live on a faultline which is overdue for a big rumble. That is the primary reason for the bug out bag.

WHY ALL THE FIXED BLADES!!!!
Im just jealous that my only one is a cheapo.
Hmmmmm..... If it wasnt the knife shown in the picture, i would go for my machete
If i had to trust any of my knives with my life, no lie id choose this:

I love the look of this blade.

Im looking at buying it for my designated chopper, worth it?

I would go with the High Carbon version. It's a bit easier to maintain in most conditions (other than Saltwater). Really good chopper but it will never beat an axe. It will give some hawks a good run for the money.

Don't forget that it isn't a money-spending contest. Most people in the world get by just fine with cheaper blades.

Absolutely true. The only reason I've ended up with Busses (other than the fact that I like the designs of the ones I have) is the kindness of others. Truth be told, I'd be more than fine with my SAK Farmer and my old Cold Steel Outdoorsman.

If I left with 1 knife, I'd have to take a couple out of my pocket and 2 more out of my bag. I know, I got problems. However, the one I wouldn't leave behind is my NMSFNO.
