Great movie -- one of my favorites. It's one of the few I can watch over and over and not get sick of.

I know a lot of people like this film, but I disliked it to the point I could barely finish it. The constant hollow, desperate bravado and the reliance on American fascination with an assumed Irish machismo made me cringe. This movie is a Tarentino-wannabe that is a parody of itself -- a movie that unintentionally makes fun of the most trite gangster flicks when it is, in fact, the worst of them.
 
I'm really hoping Troy Duffy hasn't destroyed All Saints Day. I've lost track of how many times I've watched Boondock Saints over the years.

Boondock Saints and Lock Stock are two great movies. The thought of Boondock Saints 2 is awesome.

As for the bar in New Orleans, I have to go lol.

My brother and I used to walk around and randomly quote this movie bewteen each other...we have the script pretty well memorzied. My mom thought(thinks?) we are insane...

Lol, I don't know all of the movie, but there are movies I can come close to reciting completely. It is great, though, to have somebody to bounce quotes off of.
 
Saw it....loved it!! Definitely on my short "To Own" list.

I especially like the 2nd story toilet scene!! Double ouch!!
