Here is a double edged knife, one of only a few that I have ever attempted. This one turned out quite symmetrical.
The blade is 1084 and it is clay quenched, although the hamon is little more than clouds down the center of the blade. The handle tang is fully file patterned.
The handle is linen micarta and it is held in place with 1/8th" pins and a mosaic.
The sheath is ebonized leather and has a boot clip.
