Just got this in today, very sweet folder, very BIG folder but handles
easily in use. The contours of the handle flow nicely and work well.

Made back in 2001
closed length is about 5 1/4" long
with an ATS-34 blade of 3 7/8" long
putting an open overall length of 9 1/8"

Without further ado;

Very neat knife for sure, Excellent work to Mr Tony Bose and great completion by Case too!

Well, I wish I could type out the noise that I just made when I saw the pics.

The whole package is stellar but those scales are unbelievable. Congrats G2!

Very Nice Gary, now tell me. Is this "THE ONE" ? Or have you used it enough? I will be looking forward to seeing the sheath for it.:)
Jim

I had not seen that one before. Verrrrry interesting.

Thanks guys and Jim, that's still a Pending question ;)
G2

edited to add, these were just quickly shot tonight on my kitchen table
the one shot where the blade is just out of the handle was done by slipping
a piece of leather down inside the handle to prop the blade up, otherwise
the nice strong backspring would have that blade shut lickitysplit :)
And speaking of backspring, this knife has great walk and talk and not a single
bit of blade play, all around nicely made!

I almost got one of those on a trade. I probably should've done it, but it's seems so big for pocket carry & I don't like belt carrying a slippie. It is very nice, though.

I have an '03 Case/Bose Dogleg Jack collaboration that I carry/use often & boy, they sure are nice.

If I get time to be able to make a sheath for this, I'll post a photo of that
I figure it would work best tip up, right now it is riding in a little bag in my
pocket to keep it from getting battered around, but a sheath would solve that.

Yes, it would.

A G2 sheath would be exactly the right way to carry that baby (tip up).

How's that center swell feel?

It provides a very nice purchase on the handle, feels natural :)

and thanks guys, great knife, ground fairly thin down from a thick spine that's
just a hair over 1/8" it measures about 5/32"

Oh, and the title of the thread, isn't a typo ;) I've always felt that the Designer's
name should come first and so in this thread, it does...

Edited to add response to Kozak6's post, I was suprised at the two nail nicks as well
and find I usually pinch grip the blade to open it anyways, but of course the one further
out provides more leverage to open it up than the one near the pivot, but, either will work.

Great knife Gary. Are you going to make a custom sheath for this one like the dog leg jack sheath you made for the one I bought from you?

That's a nice lookin knife. The Bose/Case collabs are all beautiful. Your pics are awesome G2!
