Here is a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort (QC-1) noise cancellation headphones.
Only used them a couple of times, so they are virtually new.
Comes with a nice padded vinyl case with room in back for portable CD player or MP3 player. Comes with all the accessories shown, plus a shoulder strap (nylon). The D-ring works great for clipping to your carry-on while you jaunt from gate to gate at the airport.
