Which is the better buy?

I only have an RMD LE, so I can't make the proper call on this. Anyone have both and willing to provide some insight on which they like better?

I will say that I'm perfectly happy with the RMD LE, which is why I haven't considered purchasing a BJ. For me, having two very similar knives seems unnecessary. Although, I'm sure most would disagree with this position.

My only concern with the RMD LE, and it's not really a concern so much as something I've noticed, is the steel it's made from is more sensitive to moisture, plant matter, etc. than INFI. Of course, both come clean after proper treatment, but I would argue that the RMD LE steel requires a little more maintenance. It's really a non-issue, but if I were to make the slight upgrade to a BJ, it would be for this reason.

Then again, I do like the look of the RMD LE over the BJ.

If you like a choil, and you have big hands, the RMD LE is better.
I like the BJ better, but only with no choil. The choil on the BJ is too small for my finger.

Well you gain the positives of INFI, the BJ is slightly narrower and a bit thicker. So if you needed a more robust knife in the same size the BJ is a good choice. Though the difference in weight is only 23 grams, the BJ being slightly heavier. I don't have a lot of data on how both knives perform yet.
