BOSS Street handle - how do you like it?

I actually like the SAR 4 handle although the BOSS Street has not left my hand! The pics of it don't measure up to the knife in hand! Has become one of my favorite knives and would love to see a Satin Boss Street!

Canvas is good. Sorry, but black paper is better. It has a buttery feel to the top and bottom that can't be matched. Like budda!

I didn't care for the BP. It felt too slick with cold wet hands. I'm sure the canvas is more grippy. YMMV.

black paper looks nice but it's :barf: as far as grip is concerned. The NICKs should have had g10 in my opinion, less fluid absorption and equally as slick. had they had the boss street handle instead of the 3rd gen I'd probably still have a set of them.

+1

On a knife this size, a lot of the time I like to be able to hold it so the butt / pommel is in the palm of my hand
with my index finger running down the spine.

The AD and MrS handles are perfect for this... and the MrS has the same cutting edge profile as the BOSS STreet.

.

'Foo is one smart dude. :p

Love the straight handle of the BOSS though it could be a wee bit thicker in the middle for my hand. Otherwise very comfortable. For me, the BOSS has a slight leg up on handle comfort compared to the BAD.

Very insightful. I agree.

I thought so :D:p

I've got a fews years worth of pent up frustration from the 3rd gen handles minor short comings. really it all comes down to the rope pattern and the index finger heigth. they were sooooo close to being like the boss street, yet... they were not.
