When and where were the BOSS Street Protos available and what did they cost?
 
they were available at Blade West, the Trunk Show in Penn and I believe Knob Creek. As for price they were held under a veil of secrecy so I don't know as I was not there. I know Jerry offered them at a really cheap price to those willing to do a certain dance
