Have you ever resharpened the knife, or is the edge factory (aside from being used)?

I am the 2nd owner. I have touched up the edge on a crock stick. It has been sharpened carefully. There are no scratches on the blade other then the usual
Kydex marks. I can try to take some better pictures of the blade tomorrow.
