I sent off an order to Botach for a new pack, THEN I read some horror stories here about them

But all went well with my order. I mailed them a money order, they confirmed receiving it and gave me a tracking number. It was what I ordered and it came really fast. Maybe I was lucky, but I was very happy with the service. :thumbup:

BG and Thomas are right on the money regarding BoTach. They are "hot & cold" with their service. They do have good prices and when you're living right the service can be painless along with quick shipping. However,

Well I definitely will keep that in mind in the future. I was so happy that it went okay after reading some of the stories. I should have never went with a company I hadn't done business with before without checking here first.

The way they conduct business they are undeserving of your hard earned money.We have alot of great vendors out here that deserve the order before Botach,and it isn't a crap shoot dealing with them.

They messed up my last 3 orders, and they'll never get another order from me, either. I would happily pay a few bucks more with someone else who tried a little bit to make their customers happy.
