On Monday, I ordered a MOD Dieter Black Blade only to find on Tuesday that the knife has been on back order for several months.

What pissed me off is the fact that if you opt for next day or 2nd day (what I did) air they will inform you if the item is back ordered. I didn't get contacted by them informing me of the backorder and only found out after 2 calls to them. I decided to call after reading all the bad "press" this company has gotten.

Needless to say, I cancelled my order and won't mind paying the higher price from a reputable dealer. They better not have "swiped" my card....I'll really get pissed then.

You can just about count on the fact that the already charged your credit card. If so, take action immediately. It took me over a month to get my card credited with a similar experience.

They are a rotten company. Don't deal with them.
 
I though that B/T got the best price for MPK, then they sent me a pup-MPK for full size MPK price last X-MAX. I still not get my money back from my back yet!
 
Have had 5 orders from them. All went well.

Before Christmas, I made 2 orders in one night. I emailed and asked that the two orders be shipped together. I didn't hear back from them, so I called the next day and was told that the two orders had already shipped. The man on the phone offered to credit me for one of the two shipping charges and I agreed. He picked the higher of the 2 (by $4.00) and credited my card!

The man I dealt with was "BK". He is the owner, and I would suggest contacting him if you have a problem. He was more than fair with me...
