Up for sale are two brand new knives and I mean literally brand new. I took delivery of the Tim Britton Blackout Big T-10 on Tues, (3 month wait), of the past week and the Medford TFF-2, (9 month wait), on Friday......They are in "as new condition", flipped a few times, checked over to examine the fit and finish and then back into their respective cases. These knives are hard use tools and I would love to keep them but I need $$$ ASAP.
Both blades have great grinds, are dead center and require just a bit of wrist to open.....Tim was kind enough to add the terrific Moonglow/Skull lanyard without me even asking, and the TFF-2 comes in its Pelican like case complete with dog-tag.
Both knives have Ti slabs and are framelocks, the detents are just right to create a fast flipping action. The T-10 scales are machined and blacked out as is the blade with full length Fuller and harpoon like spine. The jimping on the frame slabs insures a great grip and the machined and contoured slabs feel great in the hand. The lock side has the well respected lock-bar stabilizer. It is clipped for tip down carry but you have the option of reversing the clip for tip up carry. Both knives use standoffs as the the backslab.
The TFF-2 is a beast and can handle just about any job, after all it's called a pocket machete, The blade steel is tumbled D2 and is crazy sharp.....The front slab is anodized a bronzed Olive Drab and the lock slab is flamed. It is clipped, (with a custom clip with a cutout of the TFF-2), for tip up carry.
