Both knives were sold! Thanks!

These two knives have ust been finished and are availabile for sale. Both are a little different from the standard models and have custom handles.
The first one is a petty with a slimmer blade than the ones I use to make nowadays. Its chisel ground 52100 steel blade is 4" long and the octagon shaped handle is Brazilian rosewood root (notice all the reddish streaks in it) with a detail in stabilized walnut. It comes with a zippered padded case.
UU$ 115.00 plus US$ 25.00 for shipping to the US and most everywhere else.

The second is a French style chef - although the Japanese inspiration is all over it, of course! - with a chisel ground, 12" long 52100 steel blade and an octagon handle made of beautiful stabilized box elder burl dyed in a blue/greenish color that looks lke water with a detail in Brazilian rosewood. This blade is a little longer than my standard chefs knives that usually are offered with 29cm being the longest option.
US$ 297.00 plus US 35.00 for shipping.

Or get both and save on shipping! :) They sure look great togheter and can take care of most any kitchen chore! Like all the knives I make, these are tools made to perform and to last for generations if well cared for.
