Benchmade 551 Griptilian BNIB (black) $70
This one is catch and release for me. I just bought it BNIB a couple days ago off another member here. I had never held a Griptilian before so I figured I would try it out. Just not my type of knife. It's brand new so it's obviously in perfect condition with no scratches etc. Lock up is solid with zero blade play. The deployment is ultra smooth and the blade swings open freely. The only issue is the blade centering. It's pretty off to one side but not touching the handle scale or anything. I've heard this is a common issue with the Griptilian and can be fixed. I'm not sure how to adjust it, and I don't want to compromise it's "brand new" status so I'll leave it up to the new owner.
Spyderco S110V Manix 2 SOLD
This one has been gently used and carried for by me for about a month after buying it which was immediately after it was released. Ended up never really using it after that and has been sitting in my drawer ever since. Lock up is super solid with zero blade play. Deployment is smooth and blade swings out swift and easily. Same with closing the blade. The blade is in perfect condition. No scratches or marks whatsoever. Still has the factory edge minus a tiny micro bevel I put on it. It is a little off center though. The scales on the other hand do have a few nicks along the edges. You can see them in the pictures. To be honest I have no idea how they got there as I never abused the knife or dropped it etc. normal wear I guess? I always thought FRN was supposed to be tough and durable. Either way the I think price reflects the condition and functionality of the knife is still perfect. Asking $85.
