Here I have a couple of very capable EDC cutting tools for your consideration.
First up is a KFU Funky EDC in Osage with brown micarta liners.
The steel is 1/8" 1095 & the edge is convexed with Chris's antique finish on the blade.
Blade length is 3 7/16" & the handle is 4 1/4".
SS pin & lanyard tube.
This guy was part of a pass around back in late 2011 & I liked it so much I bought it after it made the rounds.
There were gaps in the rear and front right side of the handle between the liners & tang that Chris filled with CA Glue & the reason he didn't want to sell it so he offered it up for the pass around.(You can see the darker part on the top side next to the tang in pic 4,either side of the flash glare
)
It went through an 8 person pass around doing all sorts of tasks including kitchen work with no problems developing so I'd say Chris did a darn good job of filling the gaps as you can see & after almost 3 years it's still good to go.
The handle is very comfortable with no hot spots & affords a full four finger grip.
It did come with a different sheath, but I traded it away to a friend here on BF that wanted it pretty bad.
The sheath in the pic does the job fine & holds the knife very securely.
There is a couple of broken thread loops on the back side that I melted down so they won't pull through & it hasn't separated because of them.
$75.00 shipped. SOLD
Next is a Matt Tackett EDC blank that I put scales on.
It is 1/8" 1095 with scandi grind. The blade has an etched & blued finish.
2 3/4" blade length & 3 7/8" handle.
The scales are 1/8" brown micarta held on with 3/8" flared copper tubes & G Flex epoxy, making for a nice slim 3/8" handle for EDCing.
It will come with a brown kydex pocket sheath.(small tek-lok compatible)
$50.00 shipped SOLD
No trades,I need the $$ more being unemployed.
The first "I'll take it" by time stamp either in this thread or in a PM/Email rule applies.
You must be legally able to own/buy a knife.
Knives will ship via USPS with tracking.
Payment by Paypal(no gift) or USPS MO,all fees on me.
US & territories only unless I've dealt with you before.
Thanks for looking,
Myke
