I have a couple of NIB Small 21's up for sale here. I purchased these new from a dealer several years ago, unboxed them and checked them out when I got them, then boxed them back up and they have been in my safe ever since.
They are absolutely NIB, never cut, carried, sharpened, or dissassembled.
