I have decided that I need to thin the herd a bit. The knives I am letting go are one that I simply do not carry or use. And to that end, I am offering the first two for sale.
First up is a Kerry Hampton KHnutbuster. Steel is D2 and the handle is black micarta. And before you say, WTF happened to the blade, let me say that it looks NOTHING like the pic. There is a small spot of patina on the blade that you have to look for in bright light to even see, but I would put this knife at 95%+ and that is being very conservative. So please, trust me when I say that the blade looks great, my pic looks like crap. That said, the knife has seen pocket time and I think I have run the edge up and down a Spyderco Sharpmaker. With no half stops and no wobble in any direction open or closed, it has a pull of about 5-6 on a scale of 10 (it can actually be opened with two fingers not using the nail nick), great snap, and a perfectly centered blade. She can be yours for $275 shipped CONUS with payment by PP.
Next up is a Case XX 5137 SS Sodbuster with stag scales. It has never been used or carried and still has the factory edge. No half stop with a perfectly centered blade that has great snap. The blade has a pull of about 6 on a scale of 10 and can easy be pinched open. This knife will come with the original box included. She can be yours for $75 shipped CONUS with payment by PP.
I am not looking for trades at this time. The first unequivocal "I'll take _____" here in this thread gets the goods!
