So I'm a university student, and more often than not I end up somewhere wishing I had a bottle opener. ;) My question to you guys, is if you know of any that are small, possibly incorporate a knife but not necessary. Key chain or small enough to forget it's even there, but also quick to get to. Odd request I'm sure, but I have faith that someone out there has an idea. :D

Buck Metro.

Per site.... "Small, convenient and multi-purpose. This compact knife has numerous features including a small blade, a bottle and soda can opener and can be easily attached to a key ring."
Looks like that would work great. Thanks! Can order that with a 110.

Made in the USA and guaranteed for life... go buy one you hoser.
Take off eh!

A Victorinox Spartan has served me well for 2 decades. ;)

It worked well when I was in college too!

If you want a bottle opener that IS a knife, get a Delica4 with a wave (or any waved spyderco for that matter) The wave feature works great for opening up drinks :)

I'm not a fan of spyderco designs (the hole drives me insane). If it could, I'd use an emerson for it, but I've heard that emerson waves won't work.

3 words bro... Twist Off Cap :D

Trust me... I'm an alcoholic

I think I've got a Timberline somewhere that is a small necker with a skeletonized handle shaped in such a way so as double as a darn good bottle opener when left in the sheath.

I've seen a SOG like that too.

Victorinox Bantam. I keep one on my desk. One small knife blade and a bottle opener with a screwdriver tip. Great little tool for poking an prying -- and opening bottle, which I actually never need it for! :)

Stupid as it may sound, I think having to open it every time would be annoying. I like the look of the buck for that reason.
