Boudreaux update

Yeah, my boys are pretty bummed out, my neighbor was the breeder we got him from. He was born last 4th of july, I was there when he was delivered, and played with him every day till he was old enough to be taken home. I was a little attatched. He was the only pup besides one other that didnt get parvo and die. I kept him quarantined till he was all done wit his shots, and he made it out just fine.

My other dogs are sad too, its weird how they can tell somethings wrong, and grieve in their own way......Thanks for the kind words man.

When my Springer/Golden died my Beagle got depressed, wouldnt play and hasnt been the same sense (she's three and acts like a 10 year old). She lost "something" from it....my other beagle and Lab/rottie were little pups so they havent been changed by it.

I've got him on low protien food (22% protien). Imagine if I'd been feeding him sh*tty puppy or adult dog food (40% protien).

I imagine Boudreaux would be fat. Not what you want. You have there a beautiful dog and food is not a detail.

The trainer wanted me to do an agility class with him

He is right, it takes time but agility is happiness and good health for a dog.

dantzk.

You might be right, but I'd guess his joints would have suffered from the fast growth more than anything else.

Great looking Boxer Andy, keep up the training unless that means it will slow down your next batch of Nessmucks.

JW, thats terrible to hear about your dog man, big smoke coming up from CT bro.

Good point. I've heard from a veterinarian that, by lack of training and a too rich food, dogs can get easily diabete and/or joints pain. Like for us. Boudreaux seems to be on the right way. I wish him the best and to you as well.

Wow - His front legs look massive in that first pic. I can't remember ever seeing a boxer that looked that muscular before.

Gorgeous puppy !

Man, the pooch looks awesome! wish we had the space for a boxer! Thanks for that dog food webpage! now I know that the Eukanuba Dachshund mix we've been feeding her is crappy-crap-crap.

Yea, most of the premium brands are junk. Science Diet is horrid.

Find Innova foods. They're good.
