Also does this void spydercos warranty? Ive never swapped scales on a spyderco so Im clueless in that dept. Was always under the impression taking them apart voided it
They tell you it will void it. I for one always take them apart and clean,grease, and oil them. Mine are all smooth as butter. Way better than any I have gotten from the factory.
Some that I got on trade looked clean, but when I disassembled them they were filthy.
So you are free to do as you want. They are your knives.
