There are several HT books used by metallurgists. Some are expensive (but worth it). Most folks don't need that much info. Steel suppliers like Timken, Admiral, Crucible, etc. all have a lot of HT info on their websites. Do some searching, print out the pages of info on the steels you use, make a notebook. Compare the info from one site to another and use the stats that most fit blade making. Many charts are for thick sections of steel and not tuned to 1/8" blades weighing 4 ounces.

Here is a small list I have garnered from threads here
I am not sure if it will help? Working temps would be helpful
(I am open to correction and/or improvements)

5160 Au=1525F Ms= 550F, Temper= 400F Park AAA

52100 Au=1525F Ms= Temper-?

O-1 Au=1550F Ms=400 Temper= 375F Park AAA

1084 Au=1500F Ms=? Temper=400F Park #50

A-2 Au 1750-1800F Temper 400F=61 300F=62 Air

W2 Au 1450-1475F Ms= 400F Temper ?????

5160, O1 = Park AAA
1084, 1075 = Park #50

well i normally use O1 (becasue i have it) 1095, W2 just got some W1 for a project, and i forged some blades out of 5160.
that link is really helpful man, and the chart is great. thanks yall
