Bought my first Spyderco

Hi folks,

I just bought my first Spyderco today - a plain edge Delica in VG-10. It feels great in the hand, very sharp, and a lot of blade considering the overall size and weight. It cost a bit (I'm in Australia), but I'm very pleased with it.

Well how about that! Another Spydie fan is born.
I wish you a great many years ahead with your Spyderco knives.
Because one continually grows along with Spyderco the minute one owns a product. No matter what one's age maybe, rest assured it's never too late to get growing. Happy collecting!
 
Thanks for the responses guys. I can certainly see how you could become addicted to these things, cause they're obviously a really well made bit of gear. I've told myself I'll get plenty of use out of this one before I buy any more, but we'll see what happens. Wouldn't mind a Pacific Salt with a nice set of yellow handles though...

Echo, I was born and bred in Melbourne, but currently in Canberra for work / study.

One thing I was going to ask, do you guys in Aus buy your spydercos retail or over the net? If the latter, which sites?
 
I buy from the net from a great dealer. Awesome forums they have there as well for info etc. Prices are great too.
