Bought this on the bay it can be used for liners for folders right

The TITANIUM SHEET 6AL-4V MIL-T-9046J AB-1 AMS type 4911 annealed . The anealed part concerns me dont know much about the heat treatmenT.

As far as I know 6al4v is what you want and doesn't need to t heat treated
(can it even be heat treated?)
