bounced email group issue

Hello,

I just paid for a basic membership on saturday, but when I try to change my group membership, all I see is a "bounced email" group. I have a gmail account that should be valid because I activated my bladeforums account with it. Also, I am well below my mailbox storage capacity and have no filters enabled. What's wrong and how do I fix this? I've backtracked through other threads, and it seems like a common problem.
