i have been a traditional/bowhunter for years now.... i love it.... my son, who is 9 now, has been shooting a longbow since he was 4..... the kid is a crack shot.....

here is a pic of my son taken at the end of last year.... he's gotten a new bow since then..... he sports one of dad's homemade backquivers and armgaurds....

A good understanding of the anatomy of any animal you choose to hunt ( by whatever means ) is always a good place to start. He also has a couple of others , but , here is a deer.
