  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Bow Legged Jack of All Trades

I like the "inverted" tanto tips a lot better than tantos. I like that little knife. It definitely has the tool look going for it in a work environment. I may have to put some thought into one of those later.

Bro, I have come back to this thread and read it over and over again. It cracks me up every time because you sound like me. I'm the same age as you but miles away. I grew up looking at SMKW catalogs over and over again and never knew anything about customs. I discovered the BF and eventually came across Fiddleback Forge and my opinion of knives has never been the same. Andy's work is outstanding.

I just wanted to say, nice writeup! I really enjoyed it.

Thanks! I think Andy's work has broadened more than a few horizons! :) It's even gotten me off high center and on the downhill slide toward trying my own hand at making knives. Just need a motor and drive for my grinder. Soon, the Death Star will be fully operational!
