Bowen Belt Buckle Knife (Open For Offers)

How does this work, is the sheath a fixed part of the belt, or can the knife be moved to another belt?

Bowen was an interesting exotic weapon design from the 1970s, designed for deep concealment in the event of a frisk. The blade slides into a sheathlike pocket sewn into the belt. IIRC, you need to unbuckle the belt and unsnap the buckle to utilize as a pushdagger. With practice you can draw it in under 3 seconds while yer britches fall down.

I have worn one of several I have owned daily since the late ‘70’s and one saved my bacon literally while in another country. Amazingly simple and can deploy very fast once you learn to release the sheath from the pin prior instead of trying to undo the belt.
