Radial Mosaic pattern, 1084 + 15n20 mix, OAL 14 5/8" w/ 9 1/2" blade.
Handle material is ringed gidgee, nickel silver guard & spacers.

If anyone is curious the hawk is 1084 + 15n20, 68 layers with a maple handle and damascus top cap.

Yeah!!!!!!!! VERY SWEEEEEET! I love the radial pattern on that Bowie. Any chances you could give a basic explaination on how to manipulate the billet to end up with a radial pattern? I'd love to try that out myself. Clint
 
Man Bill, someone is gonna be awful happy! Those are beautiful, especially the pattern on that bowie. It's easy to overlook that perfect grind!

Thanks everyone for the great compliments, I've got quite a bit of time in this bowie and was really pleased the way it turned out.:)
It has great feel and balance, 3/16" at the ricassso with a nice gentle distal taper, and the balance point is right at the guard. I did a little chopping with this blade before I finish sanded and etched, and it would eat up a pine Knot like it was cotton. Now I need to get started on a sheath.

Mommy, make the bad man stop! :) That bowie is too sweet! I wonder how much plasma I would have to sell to get that one. :)
