It happened. Three prototypes which did not exactly meet design criteria. Ten more are in the works at present -- made using a wood mockup supplied by Yvsa for a model.
Was4u, the best treatment for horn handles is commercial hood lubricant. I believe there are a few other methods to treat horn, but this is the one I remember. Any other methods, guys?
thanks! let me know when you have them in production. Any thoughts on horn care?I've sealed my HI with Bircxhwood-Casey's Tru Oil(linseed oilw/a little turpentine). Oregon's wet winters and dry summers(sometimes)can play havoc on naturals.
I think Big Bob meant to say "commercial HOOF lubricant". Normally I don't correct such matters but the info seemed relatively important...we all typo around here.
