This could be a good knife for the hunter that likes a double guard. Not a large knife at 9 1/2 inches overall with a 5 inch blade. ATS34 steel heat treated to 58-60 Rc and a cryogenic quench by D'Alton Holder. Handle material is stabilized curly maple carved to swell into the palm. The balance point is right at the guard. Highly polished. Hand sewn leather scabbard.
