Pretty amazing hamon on your stunning Damascus,looks so much better than some of the hazy,smeared hardening lines I've seen on other pattern welded blades.
That Hanson flow is there as well,this being one of the stoutest big ones I've had the pleasure of viewing.

Don, I like all pictures of this knife but I am sorry. They do not do it justice. This knife has to be seen in person, to be held and hefted to truly appreciate its singularity. Weight is perfect. It becomes part of your arm like a fine Samurai sword. Enough heft to know you've got a serious weapon, but fast and sharp and dazzling. Don't want to wax too poetic but this knife is a thing to behold. If I had the power I would make that knife disappear from the world till I had the money to make her mine. Sorry, but I would definitely do that.
