This knife is a little out of the box for me. Most of my knives are hunters and campers but I like to try something new once in a while.

Hand forged from 1/4 inch 1065
Flat grind
Distal taper
Hand sanded finish to 600 grit
Stabilized cherry burl handle with brass, copper and red spacers
Overall length: +/- 14 inches
Blade from guard to tip: 8 5/8 inches
Hand sewn leather sheath

Not all that delicate Dan, it is over 3/16 at the guard and weighs just over 11 oz.

Ummmm.....delicate doesn't describe this knife, not at all. It's just streamlined and quick! Showed up today and I'm in love with it---amazing watching your skills with forging improve, Gerry. Of course it's not like we didn't know you'd be good at it.

Always like opening packages from Mr. Drew, and there will be more...
