Another pic of that ivory and damascus Cashen bowie. Those are gold spacers too. This pic was taken while the knife was still available and still on Kevin's table at the Janesville knife show. I sure wish I had enough money then!
Per Kevin, it's actually mastodon ivory, not walrus. Also, those are not gold spacers, but some kind of gold bearing alloy, or gold plated, I can't recall.

Don Fogg stuff is nearly impossible to get. I've been looking everywhere, and in my entire life I have had the opportunity to only buy 6 of those, 2 of which I turned down. 3 years ago, I took Don's sword making class. We stayed in touch because I'm into bladesmithing as a hobby, and I told him I was looking for his stuff. Eventually I got the opportunity to buy this one. The handle is ringed gidgee, and the blade is 1095. It has a quasi-twin brother somewhere, the Cloud Bowie. This one is the Shoal Bowie.
