Sorry that I got a bit behind the 8-Ball on this...very busy at work and I had food poisoning (bad cream at the local 7-11 in my coffee) so I haven't made it to the PO yet. This will go out this weekend. Keep an eye out John!

I ride in with my buddy from high school and have stopped at this 7-11 almost every week day for over three years. I think that streak has ended.

I used to stop at 7-11, not EVERY day, but a LOT of days with my climbing team coach (at the time) and he was a huge proponent of 7-11 coffee/cream, he preferred coffee with his sugar ha!. He recently passed away, at an incredibly young age (40-ish), but I think of him every time I pass by a 7-11. Funny how little things stick with you. Sorry for the thread drift.....I miss that climbing team!
All the creamers were land o lakes individual packets though so there was a very small chance of those causing any sickness. Also to note, my mother in-law prefers gas station coffee from a 'fresh brewed' carafe and not the 'pump' thing-a-ma-jigers they use frequently nowadays. Personally, I never cared either way but since I got married to a traditional PA woman they say there is a difference in taste. I'm convinced they won't convert me! I like it either way when I'm half asleep!
Here is Trey climbing Alma Blanca in Hueco Tanks, TX (V13) I'm not sure if he ever sent (completed) it but it's quite impressive (it's worth a google). In climbing terms it ranges from V-0 to V-15 or V-16 and it starts getting 'hard' around V-7 or so. So he could climb.
We used to climb together daily. He was here (not the one who took this pic) every time I sent (completed) this 5.11a route at the 'Paradise on the Brazos' and made it 'mine'.
So anyways, what I'm getting at is the reason I have such a passionate hatred of 7-11 coffee stems from him completely. And every time I pass a 7-11, I have terrible stomach pains and have to stop and relieve myself. His spirit lives on. And I have to admit I'm not angered by it.

I too go there because of my friend. He gives me a ride into the city every morning. I usually bring a travel cup from home and save the $2 but I was running late that day and didn't have time. The cream came from a Thermos like container, probably something from the cooler that was a bit passes it's prime.
Sorry to hear about your coach. Looks like he had some impressive skills considering I am pretty sure he is close to upside down in that pic!

Ok, sorry about totally slacking with this. Been insanely busy at work, have another business starting up on the side and my wife just started her new biz and have been helping her with that (she just filled her first order this week!).
So I guess this has become "Christmas in August"! I did pack the box up and will send it out either tomorrow or Friday.

Thanks John! My wife's thing is small now but any extra income is always welcomed! My thing, if it works out, could be a life changing enterprise. Fingers crossed for both.

I know what you mean about any extra income is welcomed. I have a couple of mediocre job interviews next week, but if I get either one of them knifemaking will become a part time thing. Since both of them involve working weekends, I may not be going to Michigan in October.
