Hardly recognize anyone here. You can talk guns because I love the M14 and new M1A Springfield Scout squad with high cap mags and with recoil reducer. Or the Mini-14 .223 that goes through 3/8" steel at 100 yards. Or of course my H.I. khukuri collection!
 
Hi Jay, how are you keeping?

M14 clones and Mini 14's are the only military like semi auto rifles we get here in Canada without them being restricted and banned.

Lots of new guys and new knowledge.

I thought I came on bladeforums only shortly after you did, or at least on this forum.:)
But I had to check it out to make sure. You registered in March and I registered in May, both in 1999, fancy that, it wasn't my memory going haywired again.;)

How did you and the schoolin' ever turn out? You were going to school weren't you? Or do I have you mixed up with someone else?:confused:

Yvsa, not trusting his memory all that much.....:D
 
Yvsa; I've been teaching martial arts once a week and keeping busy though I slowed down a bit for a while and I sure do miss you guys.-------Will------- Canada has to loosen up so the people can defend themselves. As you know, the Ruger Mini-14 and the Springfield M1a are almost the same design coming from the Garand. Check out Springfield Armory .com and have them send you a brochere.
 
I thought perhaps Jay had found a love interest. That generally takes one away from normal day to day activities.
