Might just be your dream Chef knife! Beautiful San Mai blade that actually tapers at both the tip and tang (thickest right at the bolster). This knife has seen light use, but newly back from Murray it is in excellent condition. Beautiful burlwood scales (with a small ding on the end of one scale) and Loveless bolts.
