Boyt/briddell Sheath

Hi,,,,new here,,,,recently read that the sheath which holds the 11" blade, wooden handle, 4 pts. Bolo/Machete
marked USMC Boyt/Briddell 43 is more valuable than the knife itself??? Any comments???
