Blacked out new in box. I actually have two of these for sale and I've kept a third one. All are perfectly centered. You might be able to call Benchmade and get a plain edge for it swapped out. I like the combo edge myself. Comes with everything you see pictured. Note that it is a dark black alum T6 scales, S30V steel. The scales have a manufacturing powder on them still and makes the scales look a little washed out but they're not. Really great size for EDC which is why I've kept one for myself. May or may not sell the second.
