Bradley Cushioned Helve Hammer Info??

hey guys.... i usedto have some info on my bradley cushioned helve hammer
(40lb model)

i thought i had sent a copy of a scan of the original owners manual to someone on bladeforums.... does anyone know about these hammers or possibly have a manual for one?
