Hey, didn't know if anyone coule help me find a bradley kimura bali in stock? My wife is trying to get me one for christmas and I dont really know what direction to point her. I'm not really too familiar with the bali world but everywhere I look they are out of stock.......
Thanks in advance. -dusty

They have been discontinued for years. I wouldn't have a clue where to find one. Maybe try the exchange.

They pop up for sale from time to time on the used market. Expect to pay around $130 for one. But as mentioned before, they have been discontinued.

as said you wont find them in stock. For tbe popular models of kimuras you're gonna pay at least $130-$150.

They're nice but don't pay that for them, save another $70ish and get yourself a BRS barebones or BM 51. They're worth the coin.

My buddy got a BRS alpha beast and I didn't like it. I liked his kimura5 however. I used to have a BM51 that I loved but if I get into the $200+ territory I will probably just spring the extra dough for the benchmade..... Are there any other good candidate's out there beside the kimura between $100-$200?

I am definitely going to get a higher end $250-$350 bali but for the time being I just wan't something to flip thats decent quality and not a ton of money so my wife can conserve her xmas stash a lil.... If that makes sense......

I know my buddy loves his alpha beast and I hear people raving about them online but something about the ergos and weight are off to me when flipping it.

The alpha beast is the best flipper out there, hands down. But that's a topic for another thread.

As for recommendations, there's two options ill give you. The silver scoundrel at bladeplay is a sub $15 bali that is incredible. Seriously, very tight tolerances and flips great for a cheapy

If you want a better bali but still fairly cheap. Google pinoy steel, balis built purely for flipping, bearings, spring latches under $100 and the customer service is great. They're not perfect but they're incredible for a budget flipper

I think the alpha best is one of the best looking bali's out there, dont get me wrong. The build quality seems really good, I like pretty much everything about it. I just like the bradley5 better. Mind the fact I only had about 10 mins of flipping with each. I'm sure if I had it right here in front of me and started playing with it I would fall right in love with it. Maybe I'll give it a shot. What is a replicant? Are they clones?

No replicant is another BRS bali. They're gonna run you over $300.

They're great though. But at the point I'm telling you go AB. The kimura 5 is nice but I don't think its worth the $150 price they're going for aftermatket.

I just bought an orange BRS premium replicant. Super pumped, flips great and I like it better than the bradley. Thanks for the input, I paid more than I really wanted to but in the end it's worth spending the extra dough and not having to feel like you "settled".

Awh hell ya! They're absolutely stunning knives. I love mine. If you're doing a ton of flipping maybe consider switching the latch with a paracord latch. The ti latch would occasionally hit the safe handle in such a way that it messed up a trick.

Have fun! That sucker will probably outlive both of us if you treat it right :)

Ya I was flipping it all night last night. It's weighted perfect as far as I can tell. Im a novice flipper for sure got a few tricks down good but even I can tell this thing is in a league of it's own. Im sure the bear ops I was thinking of getting feels like a used trojan compared to this.... It's gnarly. Thanks again
