I have been buying and selling for many years and as most of you know I am a bit crazy about shipping, makes me crazy when I get packages that rattle or even move inside the box. The knives I got from Braillediver were exactly the way he described them and priced right. The packaging was the best I have ever seen, knives were secure in their boxes then individually wrapped and labeled , then they were wrapped in bubble wrap then all were securely placed in a Medium flat rate box with a liberal supply of packing material , I am sure you could have thrown them from a ten story building and they would have been fine. I get a lot of packages, brailldivers impressed me, because it was very obvious that he cared. Anytime he has a knife for sale, I hope he will contact me. He was awesome to deal with. Thanks Man !!

Mitch is one of the best...

I have sold him a few knives and everything always goes smooth as silk!!!

His name Braillediver has a very interesting meaning.. If he reads this, I think he should share how he came up with that name..

Best,

Todd

I too had a flawless transaction with Mitch and would not hesitate to do business with him again. I have been curious about the screen name but never asked.

Just had a deal with him and have to agree with Dave, he sure packs a nice box. Blade wrapped in paper towel, taped, wrapped in plastic, sharp end marked, taped to the inside of the box, taped outside. It took a few minutes to get it out, glad I had a sharp knife because I needed it to unwrap a sharp knife. Great guy to deal with!

Thanks but I’m really just following the example set by others on BladeForums and I’m humbled to be a part of such a fine forum and fine group of people. It’s the people that make this the Best Knife Forum.

I Scuba Dive / Treasure Hunt in Lake Washington / Lake Union and Braille Diver is a term coined by Bill Ribovick aka “King of the Lake”- a Treasure Hunter who taught me everything I know. Digging in the lake we’ll sometimes stir up the silt and be reduced to zero visibility so braille diving.

I’ve found everything from diamond stud earrings to a 20,000-pound anchor and just about everything in between including but not limited to- Safes, safety deposit boxes, sunglasses, tools, propellers, guns, ammo, Washington Territories medicine bottles, old whiskey bottles, outboard motors, a winged pig, digital cameras, money, jewelry, un-mounted gem stones, intact sealed Edison light bulbs 30 feet down, ex-pets and sacrifices to your favorite gods.
